Passengers are the life blood of any successful Cruise Line, a fact of which we are very conscious. We continuously strive therefore to ensure that all their needs are met once they arrive on our shores.

As well as attending to the Vessel's routine requirements we will (upon receiving permission from Owners / Master) have onboard uniformed Courtesy Staff from our Office who will answer Passengers questions on local information. This will include guiding them as to shopping Malls, Banking facilities, advising on tourist options, taxis etc.

In addition, our Superintendent will be available onboard throughout the day for the Master and the Cruise Director's benefit. Whatever needs they have will be attended to immediately.

We are not only able to provide usual husbandry services we are also ready to offer various guided excursion options. These can be around the City or outside exploring he Countryside. They can be half - day or of full day duration. All Tours will be designed to meet with your and your Clients needs.

If the Vessel is visiting other Ports within Ireland on her Cruise intinery our Agency Manager can travel with the Vessel ensuring 24 hour service. Of course this again is at the discretion of the Owners and the Master.
